My programs are extremely flexible and conform to the needs of the convienence of Extremely busy corperate clients in terms of time, location, duration, intensity and even price rance.
I also offer rehabilitation programs that enable people generate full body recovery from sedentary illness e.g Blood pressure and Diabetes.
I am currently registered as a Fitness instructor under IREP board ( Institute of Registered Exercise Professionals ), with Operational experience in the field for over 8years in Fitness Centers and outfits.
