I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movements Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment focused EMDR, Intergenerational EMDR Therapist and a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist/ Counsellor.
